Hello dear, you have clicked on a link has not an URL inserted on php file.
To do this and change Discord, Whatsapp, facebook, youtube & twitter url:
Enter on layout/overall/header.php, then start looking for information.php ( ctrl+f ) then replace this file for the link corresponds to the description, if is youtube add youtube link here.
To edit an url existing in another file such as index (home) file just enter on layout/sub/index or find index file on main directory.
